Our Quality Process
1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Raw materials are verified against Material Test Certificates (MTCs). Visual checks and basic measurements are conducted before materials enter production.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)Oper
tors perform self-checks during production. Our QA team conducts patrol inspections to monitor critical dimensions and detect any deviations early.
3. First Article Inspection (FAIR)
A comprehensive FAIR is completed for new tooling and initial production runs. This includes full dimensional reports, material certs, and process documentation.
4. Final Quality Control (FQC) / Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Every batch undergoes 100% visual inspection for surface defects. Critical dimensions are verified using precision gauges; CMM inspection is deployed for complex geometries or upon customer request.
5. Non-Conforming Product Control
Any deviation is immediately quarantined. Root cause analysis is initiated, and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
