We offer a comprehensive range of manufacturing services including Rapid Prototyping (CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum casting), Tooling & Fixture design and manufacturing, Production services (injection molding, die casting, stamping), and Quality Control inspection.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. Xiamen is a major manufacturing hub with excellent port facilities, allowing us to efficiently ship products worldwide.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary based on the service: Rapid prototypes typically take 3-7 days, injection molds 15-30 days, and production runs depend on quantity and complexity.
Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA ) before reviewing my design files
Yes, absolutely, we welcome and routinely sign Western-compliant NDAs before you share any files or Requiest for Quotes (RFQs). you can send us your standard comporate NDA for our review, or we can provide you with our standard manufacturing NDA template.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of materials including various plastics (ABS, PC, PP, PA, POM, etc.), metals (aluminum, steel, brass, copper), and silicone/rubber. We can also source specialty materials upon request.
What is your company's code of Ethics regarding manufacturing and labour?

How does Xiamen Creator Technology protect my intellectual Property (IP)?
We treat your proprietary data with the highest level of security. All customer 3D CAD models, drawings, and project data are stored on secure, acess - controlled internal servers. Only the specific project engineers assigned to your account have access to your files. We don't share your design data with any third- party vendors without your explicit written consent.
Do you provide design assistance?
Yes, we provide design assistance, including helping customers develop product drawings from concept stage to production-ready designs. This service is included when working with us under a production contract. For standalone design support without manufacturing with us, an additional design fee will apply. We can also provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback and recommend design modifications to help reduce costs and improve quality.

What is your injection molding capability?
We have injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 800 tons, capable of producing parts from 0.1g to 3000g.
What plastics can you injection mold?
We mold all common thermoplastics including ABS, PP, PE, PC, PA (Nylon), POM, PMMA, PBT, PPS, and engineering plastics.

How do you ship products?
We ship worldwide via air freight, sea freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We offer DAP (Door to Door ) shipping service for our clients by both air and Sea shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to customers worldwide. We have experience with international shipping and can handle all customs documentation. We work with major carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight options.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by service: For rapid prototyping, there is no minimum - we can produce single pieces. For injection molding production, typical MOQ is 1,000-5,000 pieces.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and can discuss letter of credit (L/C) for larger orders.
Do you offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP ) shipping services for international clients?
Yes. Thanks to our strategic factory location near the Port of Xiamen, we offer comprehnsive global freight options. For North Ameraican adn European clients looking for a hassle - free experience, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid ) shipping via sea, air , or express courier. This means we handle all export customs, international freight, importing duties, and local clearnace, delivering the parts directly to your warehouse door with no hiddle fees. We also support FOB, EXW, and CIF terms based on your preference.

What quality certifications do you have?
We are ISO 13485:2016 certified. Our quality management system includes comprehensive inspection processes including First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection with full documentation.
What inspection equipment do you have?
Our quality lab is equipped with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), optical comparator, hardness tester, surface roughness tester, digital calipers and micrometers.
