Our 30+ injection molding machines (including 10+ dedicated two-shot/overmolding units) and high-precision CNC machining centers form the backbone of our operations. Die casting, silicone molding, and electronics integration are managed through our vetted partner network, with all parts subject to our incoming inspection and FAIR documentation standards.

Quality is non-negotiable. Backed by CMMs, Tensile Testers, and Hardness Testers, we ensure dimensional accuracy and material integrity. FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) is included with first shipments at no extra charge, and lot-level traceability is maintained as standard practice.
