Our mold engineers work closely with your product designers to optimize part geometry, gate location, and ejection strategy before cutting steel — reducing trial runs and ensuring robust production.

Engineering & Quality

•        DFM Review: During quote phase — wall thickness, draft, shut-off analysis.

•    Mold Flow Analysis: Completed before mold steel cutting (fill pattern, weld lines, air traps, warpage), following the methodology outlined in our Injection Mold Tooling Guide for Production article.

•        FAIR (First Article Inspection Report): Included with T0 samples.

•        Inspection: Critical dimensions verified by CMM; mold movement tested (ejection, slides, locks).

•        Documentation: 2D/3D mold drawings, BOM, steel certs, heat treatment records available.

•        Spare Parts & Maintenance Guide: Available upon request.

Typical Lead Time

•    New Mold: 4–7 weeks from PO to T0 sampling (depending on complexity).
