Shown here are representative geometries from recent production runs—multiple shapes and colorways are supported based on customer specifications. All parts are produced in a clean, controlled assembly environment to ensure surface quality and consistency. Material & Hardness Material: Platinum-cure liquid silicone rubber (LSR), phthalate-free Hardness range: 30–50 Shore A (customizable per application) Color: custom-matched; translucent, skin-tone, and vibrant color options available Optional: biocompatibility / material certification available upon request Manufacturing Process LSR injection molding for complex geometries and thin-wall sections Overmolding and dual-shot capabilities for multi-material assemblies Post-molding deflashing, trimming, and surface finishing In-house mold design and electrode machining for rapid tooling Design & Customization We accept customer-provided 3D drawings (STEP / IGES / STL) and provide DFM feedback within 24 hours. Variations in cavity shape, wall thickness, hardness, and surface texture can be accommodated. Prototypes can be produced via SLA / CNC before final tooling to verify geometry and feel.
