PROCESS NOTE
Electroplating deposits a thin metallic layer (copper/nickel/chrome) onto molded ABS substrates. QUALITY ASSURANCE
In-process and final inspections verify plating adhesion, coating uniformity, and cosmetic integrity (no blisters, pits, or edge pull-away). Critical dimensions are checked per drawing.
