Specialized CNC machining for mold components including cavities, cores, electrodes, inserts, sliders, lifters, and mold bases. Equipped with high-speed machining centers optimized for tool steel and hardened materials, delivering fine surface finish and tight tolerances critical to mold performance.

Precision & Surface Finish

Tolerances held to ±0.01mm for critical mold features. Capable of achieving mirror finish on cavity surfaces and precise EDM electrode geometry. Minimal residual stress and heat-affected zones ensure dimensional stability after hardening.

Tool Steels Processed

Regularly machining P20, H13, S136, NAK80, 738H, and other mold-grade steels. Experienced in both pre-hardened and fully hardened materials (up to HRC 52+), with optimized tool paths to extend cutter life and maintain accuracy.

Integrated Workflow

Seamless coordination between CNC roughing, semi-finishing, EDM sinking, wire cutting, and polishing. Mold components are verified with CMM inspection at each stage to ensure assembly fit and action smoothness before mold trial.

Quality Assurance

In-process dimensional checks at every machining stage. Final inspection includes cavity/core matching verification, slide and lifter action testing, and full CMM report. All mold components traceable by material cert and machining record.
